Laboratory planning: How are the individual cases prioritized?

The prioritization for processing the laboratories is currently based on the date of receipt.
The aim of laboratory planning is to solve cases in a targeted and predictable manner. Priority can be given according to various criteria: urgency for those affected or carers, number of those affected, number of people who are committed to solving the problem, and how difficult it is to solve a problem.
- Currently, few cases meet little time for processing. We work through one case at a time.
- If it means less effort to answer a case immediately than to plan for later, we reserve the right to process the case immediately.
